Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
If you purchased a digital product and have not accessed, downloaded, or used it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once the digital product has been accessed or used, refunds are generally not available, as digital goods cannot be returned.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
3. Free Services
Many of our services are offered free of charge. No refund policy applies to free services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out through our contact page with the following information:
- Your name or username
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product or service you are requesting a refund for
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute, we encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is being reviewed.
